Heartshine Revolution LLC, 211 E. 7th St., Austin, Texas 78701, United States, is the controller of your personal data: this space is offered by them, and they decide what happens with the data of the people who use it.

The technical platform is built and operated by Resmind, which processes data only on their behalf and instructions, as a processor.

Three things, nothing hidden:

• Your email address, used to sign you in and for nothing else.
• Your conversations with the assistant, so the service works and you can return to them.
• Basic usage data about sessions, such as timestamps and token counts, used to run and improve the service.

Only if you opt in to personalization, we additionally build a profile of your interests and engagement to personalize the experience and suggest relevant offers. This is off unless you switch it on, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings, which also deletes the profile.

Niko Ana Jeanne can see who has signed up, when people were last active, and the topics people ask about. This helps them understand what their audience needs and serve it better.

The quiz needs no account. Your answers and the conversation around them are processed to guide you through it and explain your result.

If you choose to see your result, you enter your full name and email address. Niko Ana Jeanne then receives your name, email and result type, and may email you your result link and related notes. You can unsubscribe at any time.

If a registration button for an event appears in the conversation and you click it, your name and email are used to fill in that registration for you. That happens only on your own click, never automatically.

Quiz conversations where no name or email was entered are deleted after 90 days. If you entered them, the conversation is kept up to 12 months and your contact details until Niko Ana Jeanne deletes them or you ask us to, which we honor within 30 days.

Conversations about Healing The Inner Child With EFT Tapping may naturally touch on health and emotional wellbeing. Sensitive information you choose to share is processed only because you explicitly consent to it when you first sign in, and it is not used to build a profile unless you separately opt in to personalization.

Your data is stored in a database dedicated to this space and it is never sold.

These service providers are involved, under data processing agreements:

• Anthropic (USA) generates the assistant's answers. Under its commercial terms, conversations sent there are not used to train AI models and are deleted by Anthropic within about 30 days. Transfers are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Neon (USA) hosts this space's database.
• Vercel (USA, EU data-processing region) hosts the application, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Resend (USA) delivers login emails, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. It sees your email address and the login link and code, never any conversation content.

Where providers are in the USA, transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards. This also covers people in the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

We use only the strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner.

• Conversation transcripts: up to 12 months, then deleted or reduced to a summary.
• Your profile (only if you opted in): for the life of your account.
• Consent records: 3 years, as proof of your choices.
• If you delete your account, everything is removed within 30 days.

You can ask for access to your data, a copy to take with you, correction, deletion, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw the personalization consent at any time in Settings, with immediate effect and deletion of the profile.

To exercise any right, write to info@heartshinerevolution.com. We answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
