Heartshine Revolution LLC, 211 E. 7th St., Austin, Texas 78701, United States, is the controller of your personal data: your reading companion is offered by the author, and the author decides what happens with reader data.

The technical platform is built and operated by Resmind, which processes data only on the author's behalf and instructions, as a processor.

Three things, nothing hidden:

• Your email address, used to sign you in and for nothing else.
• Your conversations with the assistant, so the service works and you can return to them.
• Basic usage data about sessions, such as timestamps and token counts, used to run and improve the service.

Only if you opt in to personalization, we additionally build a profile of your interests and engagement to personalize the experience and suggest relevant offers. This is off unless you switch it on, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings, which also deletes the profile.

Conversations about Healing The Inner Child With EFT Tapping may naturally touch on health and emotional wellbeing. We only process such sensitive information because you explicitly consent to it when you first sign in. What you share stays in your conversation history and is never used to build a profile without your separate consent.

Your data is stored in a database dedicated to this author and it is never sold.

These service providers are involved, under data processing agreements:

• Anthropic (USA) generates the assistant's answers. Under its commercial terms, conversations sent there are not used to train AI models and are deleted by Anthropic within about 30 days. Transfers are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Neon (USA) hosts the author's database.
• Vercel (USA, EU data-processing region) hosts the application, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Resend (USA) delivers login emails, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. It sees your email address and the login link and code, never any conversation content.

Where providers are in the USA, transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards. This also covers readers in the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

We use only the strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner.

• Conversation transcripts: up to 12 months, then deleted or reduced to a summary.
• Your profile (only if you opted in): for the life of your account.
• Consent records: 3 years, as proof of your choices.
• If you delete your account, everything is removed within 30 days.

You can ask for access to your data, a copy to take with you, correction, deletion, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw the personalization consent at any time in Settings, with immediate effect and deletion of the profile.

To exercise any right, write to info@heartshinerevolution.com. We answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
