Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

One category only: information about your health and emotional wellbeing that you yourself choose to share in conversations with the assistant. We collect it for one purpose: providing the service you asked for, meaning generating answers and keeping your conversation history for you. If you separately opt in to personalization, it is also used to personalize your experience.

We do not collect biometric data, precise location, or health data from any other source. The only source is what you type in the conversation.

Health data is shared only with the service providers that technically run the service, under data processing agreements: the platform operator (Resmind) and the providers listed in the privacy notice (Anthropic, Neon, Vercel). Login emails never contain conversation content.

We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it for advertising. No one receives it without a processing contract, and no sale would ever happen without your signed authorization, as the law requires.

We do not use geofencing of any kind, and no feature of the service tracks your location.

• Ask what health data we have about you and receive a copy.
• Withdraw consent for processing beyond what the service needs.
• Have your health data deleted, including from archives and backups. Deleting your account removes everything within 30 days.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@heartshinerevolution.com. If we refuse a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer and saying you appeal. If the appeal does not resolve it, you can contact your state attorney general.
